Do you have a nap after your lunch???

Hi o_utsider, here in my place we don't have the beautiful four seasons. We have dry and wet seasons only. In the tropical country where I live, the monsoon wind usually would bring lots of rains during the end of the year so we call these rainy days wet season whereas during the rest of the sunny days as dry season. Just same as that in your place, we usually would feel drowsy and need to have a sweet nap badly after having lunch during hot sunny days. After the nap we would feel refreshed and energetic again. I enjoy having a short nap as well during rainy day if I were to have a chance for I like to have a rest after having lunch. I still could fall asleep as usual during night time though I have taken a nap in day time during rainy day. posting and take care.

generally after lunch i do take a nap but i make it sure that it won't take a toll on my regular work.

I usually don have nap after my lunch but will have morning after i woke up and had my bed coffee. It makes me always being with spirit. Nice to have that sleep i daily do it
