Yes, I think math is very powerful and has a huge role in the world. My teacher told me once "Math is the universial language." I believe this because math, and math forumlas, is the the same in all countries.

But, why math?
From the Bible that we know
God Create This world from His own word, Math is a mistery for me

Inevitably, math is the universal language. Everyone in the world is studying it at some point and we all know how it works. You don't even have to say a word, you can only write down and everybody is going to understand what you wanted to say.
Now, your question is more of political debate. The fact is that everything around has been built using mathematical theories, but does that mean it really rules us? Very tough question to answer. Let's better put it like this: one who is in possession of greater knowledge has the advantage, but doesn't necessary rule the world ;)

Yes Buddy, what ever you have said is correct. It is true that there is lot of Chemistry, Physics etc are involved in it but there is lot of maths involved in every thing too. I am a die hard fan of Maths and Sciences so i always love these subjects. well then we find maths from the time that we are awake till the time we sleep, it is there every where visible directly and is very very very essential as well. You can see it every where, Don't you think so????
Happy Mylotting.

Thats not true. The binary may include 0 and 1 but they're just symbols. What rules the computer is computer science itself and electronics.
All fields are inter-dependant and one cannot create anything which uses only one field. Even creation of a small toy needs all kinds of engineering abilities - physics, maths, and other sciences.
Maths is an important part of physics as well. To lauch a rock, it must go through various stages - engineering its design, constructing its various parts, calculating its finance, knowing the physics and chemistry of various matters such as the earth's escape velocity, fuel's power and composition; electronic devices to track and communicate with it, and lost lots more.
