How to cure dandrufft on my hair ???

hi my dear friend, dandruff is rally a very bad feeling in your head, always itching ,irritating. one of the home remedy which i have done on myself is using fenugreek seeds. i think the use of fenugreek is one of the most important. you can take two tbsp of these. soak them overnight in water and grind them into a paste in the morning. now apply this paste all over your scalp and leave it there for atleast half an hour. now wash your hairs with ritha shampoo, i mean soap nut.

I think best treatment for dandruff is ayurvedic oil or you can use coconut oil.Message coconut oil on scalp daily.This can prevent dandruff from spreading.

Put lemon all over your head and keept it for some time (5 minutes) (don't keep it for a long time because it will cause you get cold) and take bath. Do this twice in a week for a month. Dandruff will be away. Message using coconut oil is another method.
