Charity Event - Need sponsorship.

I am holding a charity event on 28th February 2009 and I am trying to organise a goody bag. I have been very lucky and have been given a lot of cheap items so far for the entertainment an auction and raffle but no company has wanted to give any more. Obviously I am greatful for what I have got , but my personal money can only go so far and I want it to be a night to remember so I get the most for the charity which is National Deaf Children's society. To make it a little extra special I am looking for items to place in a goody bag. Has any one got any ideas how I can gain items for my charity event or gain sponsor ship.
