How can one avoid rashes from beard?

Hi friends! am currious about what one needs to do in order to avoid rashes from one's beard. I'm growing and I am begging to experience it, though I really don't like it (if you will permit me to say), but nature must be respected and appreciated. I don't know where to go and get relevant information of the subject mater, but I felt I have people that really concern about me and are ready to help me out in any case. What best can you give me on how to keep beard from developing rashes and keeping it from getting too strong. What do you have to say about it? Thanks for your reponse in advance.
