Hi friends! Am really curious of know the best time interval one should be eating. At times I feel it should be when we are hungry, but am not really sure. What is the best time to eat in the morning, afternoon and night? Some people assign the time they eat, but I don't think I have specific time of eating. What can you say about this and what time do you think is best when considering something to eat. Thanks for your response in advance. Have a blissful season.

As doctors advise, it should be three times a day and in small quantities at a time, breakfast is must, we should not be hungry for long time and depend directly on lunch, the acidity remains in control with little eating three times, not much fasting is recommended.

Hi eshann! I trully appreciate your splendid response and the fact you were the first person to response to this discussion. I trully learnt something from your response and that is; the acidity will be in control with little eating". I think it has to do with not eating too much, but little. Do have a blissful season and take good care of yourself. Thanks
