Today I found a text about Lucid Dreaming, the practice of “wake up” in dreams.
It has to be learned but it's obviously something that changes a way the person dream after.
Do you practice lucid dreaming?

I did not know that it had to be learned. I have had some lucid dreams and I like them sometimes. I will have to go read up and find out to lucid dream so that I can do it some more.

I've heard of lucid dreaming. I've tried a lot of times to acheive lucidness but unfortunately so far I haven't been successful. Which I hate since I've tried for so long.

HI
I know there are several techniques to have lucid dreams. One of those is Wake-back-to-bed (WBTB) and involves going to sleep very tired and try to wake up five or six hours later. Then, stay awake focusing your mind on lucid dreaming. Return to bed to sleep while practicing Mnemonic induction of lucid dreams (MILD) what means setting an intention, while falling asleep, to remember to look for special signs on dreams, or to remember to recognize that you are dreaming.
It's not quite easy but I managed to do it one couple of times, now.
Thank you for your reply.
Have a nice day.

Hi
I don't know if it improves your sleeping. I don't have sleeping problems, sure I'd like to sleep more hours, of course...
I managed to have a lucid dream for a couple of times now, and I like it but I don't realize any changes to my sleeping habits...
Thank you for your reply, have a nice myLotting today
