Have anyone heard of it? I'm just another kid in the block of online investing. And when I look at HYIP, most of them are asking LR. But I'm not sure how to fund it since I've paypal only.

Go to LR they will show you how to fund your LR account there. There are some site that transfer money for you. You can either wire treansfer or fund via money order
