about google adsense

i got a blog then i sign up for Google ad sense but i got problem with Google adsense becoz the say my blog not supported language..i change my blog and i resubmit for 4 times finally when i want to sign in it keep said my account is not approved ...when i want to resubmit it keep saying my account not approved....sory my english is bad....
