A cell phone is useful for making urgent calls. But nowadays, it has become a fashion for people to use cell phons wherever they are. And this causes disturbance to people around you. So, do you feel use of cell phones should be restricted to certain areas?

Well yes. I think the use of cellphone should be restricted at certain places like Libraries and hospitals. It does disturb the silence and soundness of the place. And we all should play a part in reducing this everywhere.
