Which oil do you like to fry?

Frying is a way of cooking and most of us are fond of eating fried items.There are so many oils used in frying.For example,coconut oil,ground nut oil,palm oil,gingelly oil,olive oil,etc.Of all this which do you like to fry in?What do you prefer-the taste or the smell?Please share!

I use olive oil unless a recipe specifically calls for something different.
But for something sweet like funnel cake, you may be better off with a plain vegetable oil.
"Fat" can refer to any kind of oil, or butter, or margarine, as well as lard.

i like fried items..actually when i am in home we used palm oil and groundnut oil..in both of them we prefer palm oil for its taste.rite now i am staying in an hostel for doing my btech,in hostel also they are using palm oil for cooking..but i think groundnut oil is so clear and does not have smell and i never used olive oil.gingelly oil etc.., for cooking.....
