wrapping Christmas gifts

now that Christmas is only a couple of weeks away, has everyone started or even finished wrapping their gifts? what about even buying their presents? i am almost done buying, but have not yet begun to wrap, and that is definitely going to take me a while! i keep saying that i am going to start every night, but something always comes up or i just get tired. i am finding myself more behind this year than in recent years. how about you?

We have everything wrapped except for my mom's. My mom's present is actually a bag so although it probably should be wrapped, if you think about it it's wrapped itself. It's a handmade crocheted little baggie though, or small purse would probably be better.
We were going to wrap my cousin's present, but we had just gotten it today and went ahead and gave it to him!

so you are all done shopping... lucky you! i only have a few more, and most are gift cards. i always want to give my husband his gift early because i can't wait! lol this year i got him a garmin gps, and i am so excited to give it to him (even though he already figured out what it is!). anyway, with 2 boys, and 12 nieces and nephews between my family and his, i will be wrapping gifts for a while to come! :) thanks for the response!

well as im writing this, christmas is a week away and i havent finished buying all my presents, and tomorrow is my only day off so its gonna be a pretty busy day for me!! LOL
i only need to buy stocking stuffers and a couple gifts for my boyfriend and his father and then im all done!! then comes the wrapping part...so almost there!

I am already finished with my christmas shopping but i haven't started wrapping them yet... i think i will just do that like on the 20th of December... i will just make something in uniform like same cut and fold... nothing fancy since i do not have a lot of time to do that...

i just have a couple more stocking stuffers to wrap and then all done! I love wrapping gifts, but there is just so much to do during the holidays already that it is just such a big task! thanks and happy holidays!

lol! you know, i was just thinking the same thing this morning when i was wrapping some for my boys- that it's a shame it takes me so long to wrap them and it takes them a few seconds to unwrap them! lol thanks for the reply!

Well, let's see, I still have to put up my Christmas tree, which I plan to do tomorrow. Then later in the week, I will take a day to wrap gifts, and then pack them in the car (we are going away for Christmas). There are still 2 gifts we have to buy when we get to our destination for a great niece and nephew whom we do not know well. Christmas seems to have snuck up on me this year.

i am done! all presents bought and shipped (though i am still waiting for 1 to get here)even the stocking stuffers and the candy to put in it!
ive taken my grandmother shopping and she is now done and wrapped and shipped too!
aah its an awesome feeling to know that i am done and i dont have to worry about anything else until xmas eve and filling the stocking up lol!
i do really enjoy wrapping presents though. even when the darn dogs are trying so hard to be "helpful" that i end up fighting dog hair off of tape and wrapping around the body or legs of a dog! they are sure that im sitting on the floor in order to be closer to them cause i just love them soo much! lol!

lol... your dogs sound hilarious! i love wrapping gifts as well, i just hate lugging all my supplies out and then having to put them all away again every time so the kids don't get into everything! lol thanks for the response!
