why sometimes people tell a falseness to someone?

why they just say that I can't really tell it or whatever which is a truth people do not like a falseness for sure so do we why people do not tell the truth sometimes?

Sometime's it's not about telling a fib or white lie. A falsity could be completelyf rom the imagination and have nothing to do with stretching the truth or not being completely honest.
