I used to feel so passionate about my job as an editor.
However, when I saw that my hard work is being bypassed in a flurry of political moves right at the time of incentive and othes with less qualification being promoted more, I feel more and more trapped.
What do you feel?

Hi There.
Right now, no… I don’t feel good in my work as of now since I found out that this is not the job that I want. However, I am just trying to make my stay in the office worthwhile and learn from work. Yeah, I feel trap, but I am trying to do whatever I can here. I have work plan already until next year or until I finish my bond then I will find a new job that I really like.
Happy Holidays! And Happy Mylotting! Cheers!

I don't have a job. I mean, I don't have a real job. My job now is the online money making, it is an online job for me and I considered is as my job. I don't feel like I am trapped in this kind of job. I have my own schedule, the full flexibility of time and I would be able to earn money doing things that I really like to do. Most of the online job pays me with dollar, which in my country is highly appreciated. So I like my job and I think, I feel good at my job.

I envy your freedom of the full time online money making.
You were quite right that it is the time to yourself that is an added bonus.
Had it not been for our house loans, I would have quit the job.
Maybe after the arrival of my second child, I shall be a proud stay at home Mom if my hubby retains his job.

If you are feeling trapped, then it is time to move on. You have reached your peak at the current place you are working at.
I know exactly how you feel. Cos I was in your shoes a few years ago.
Start looking around and ensure that the next company you join is a good reputable one before you make the move.
For now, knowing that your efforts will be bypassed no matter how hard you work, then you really should look around. Why let others lay claim to the credit of the work from your efforts?
Don't let the drudgery of office politics and colleague backstabbing drain you of your passion towards what you are doing.
I am sure your job, there are other companies that offer a similar job position with similar job duties where you are excel in and be recognized for it!
