Noise in restaurants

More than a few occasions, I would take my family out to the restaurant, and then a group of people would walk in, minutes after they have settled down and ordered food, they would start conversing loudly, and cracking and laughing at each other's jokes raucously.
As much as I would like to ignore them, and remind myself that they have as much right to be "here", as I do. I actually get annoyed, and just leave the place.
Does this annoy you too, what would you have done? I tend to believe now, that certain people have no awareness at all of how loud they are.

it is most irritated situation we could face when there is a great noise in restaurant we might have came for relaxation r with our family but others dont even think the restaurant is the public place they think once they pay for food the restaurant itself belongs too them

Yes, its annoying when we were eating and some people come and start conversing loudly and laughing. Sometimes I just ignore them, but I will lost my appetite and leave the restaurant.
