try it if you like honey.after you wake up every morning,mix 2 spoons of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it on empty stomach.easiest way available.happy lotting.

I had 30 waist line last october and now I have it went to 28. Walking is the best excercise. I do 30 minutes walking everyday.

Using elliptical exerciser you can burn your calories a lot.Try to take food that contain less fats.

watching what you eat...going to the gym..burn that fat..and do cardio...for at least 45 minutes every day...and you have a 45 min window to eat after working out..and divide your meals throughout the day..i did that for 6 months..and i lost 35 lbs.. =)
