We are all about money making.Spending money is also as important as earning. After all,we earn money to spend. Are you keen in watching, on what and how much you spend your hard earned money?Do you restrict to spend money on something? In other words,do you follow any budget?Because money saved is money earned! What about you?

i agree. how we spend our hard-earned money is just as important.
for my personal spending i do set a budget or a ceiling. if ever i spend beyond that, it means i have to tighten my belt on other things. i'm the kind of person who's careful on the daily and regular expenditures for myself, but i go all out when shopping for gifts for my family and friends... especially for the kids (i have a dozen nephews and nieces as well as a few godchildren and several kids of my friends). since i came from a big family, i've been used to spending less for myself to be able to give more for my family. budgeting helps a lot that way. :)
i do my own grocery for example, not only because i enjoy it but also because i can spend about 15-20% less on the same grocery items that my sister will also buy. sometimes, it's just a matter of checking quality and quantity, size vs amount vs need vs priority. and since i can cook, i know which items need to be prioritized and which can be substituted. those help in budgeting. :)

My fiance and I do not have a set budget but we are careful with our money. We try not to spend anything that we don't need to. Money saved is money earned!
