i really had having a hard time thinking on how to download videos (not a youtube video), does anybody here can help me and teach me download these videos.

Try downloading real player. It has a feature that allows you to download streaming video. It might not work on all streaming videos but it does work on youtube and someother streaming sites.
And it's free, so definitely worth checking out.
