Need help on Helium

I am a member of helium since last week. I wrote an article and two articles for marketplace. They are showing in process. whereas the other article fethced me 0.02$. I heard that they are paying upfront payments but i havent got any. And yes why is my writing stars none ? I have wrote an article that stands 4 out of 18.
Please help me anyone !

upfront payments occur once a month, and are calculated on the 2th of each month for payment on the following first. To get this payment though you will need at least one rating star and one writing star.
A writing star occurs once you have at least four articles, with at least 75% of them being in the top 25%. There are also rules based on number of articles in the subject that you are writing about.
Rating stars come from rating at least 40 articles but again there are quality of rating rules.
Keep writing and rating and stars come easier. I am currently on 180 articles at 4 stars.

I believe that all new articles will be counted for payment but am not certain, it may well depend on how long it takes you to get to the star, as I would guess if it takes longer than a month then only new articles in the current month would be counted.
Payment is 50c when you have one star but goes up to $2.50 if you have five
