hii frnzzzz sooo wat would be the easyy tips to loose weight with short timee do u ppl havee anyyy idea's if sooo plzzz share ittt to be fit n healthyy.....
I go for morning wlk dailyyy it lossed me 15 kg's with in 45 daysss that was suprisingg ndd any more like wisee buttt "No artificial methodsss plzzzz"

If walking isn't fun, switch up with other activities you like that will keep you going. Sports, sprinting, jogging,get a radio or Ipod for music while you walk, use fast tempo music it will automatically speed you up.
Also, you might find a friend that would want to walk with you, it would make it a little more fun.
Sounds like your diet and exercise program is working, keep on keeping on.

yeahhhh im doing the same but no 1 for the cmpanyyy n u knww lisening to music on n on dailyyyyy itzz boring yaar sme thingg new but yes i can replace them with a sportss thas a nice idea...........
