how to add profile foto!!!

HIIIII Guys I am new to mylot and want to know how to add fototo the profile.I have already uploaded one photo in mylot.but that foto is uploaded in yhe my photo section. And I also wish to know the stastistics of this site means if what amount money I will earn for what type of activities.Plerase help needed.And mery xmas and happy new year to all mylotters!!!
