What Do You Sat When You Don't Like the Gift?

We all have been in this situation. We get gifts from our loved ones and we HATE the gift. And it happens every year. Everyone has that rouge relative with the worst taste in the world. Every year my Aunt gives us gifts and they are usually the last under the tree to get opened. I always open hers first to get it over with. Any way I always smile, thank her, and tell her I like it. Secretly I am grateful that it's not something I have to wear but usually is. Sometimes I want to say something but I don't want to hurt her feelings as her gift is out of love. What do you do?
