I am currently using two different computers with two different OS. The desktop PC at home is using Windows XP Professional SP3. I think I would not be upgrading this PC anymore as the Intel Celeron Processor might not be able to support any new OS efficiently...
My laptop is running Vista Ultimate SP1 and so far it has been performing well with very little problem. This is probably due to the Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo processor equipped with the 2GB RAM.
Windows 2008 is already out. Anybody has tried that? Would love to read some response about that. Cheers!

hello there...
i'm using two computers in my house... for my laptop pc, i'm using windows vista ultimate... my computer configuration is well-tuned to run windows vista ultimate... but i do install windows xp as dual-boot just in case windows vista does do something wrong... in my desktop pc, i'm using windows xp professional edition... my desktop pc is an old 2005 model so the configuration is pretty basic therefore i cannot run windows vista in there...

The day I started using and learning PC, it was Pentium 1 which is running Window 98 then was WIndow 98SE (Second Edition) Later was using Window ME (Millennium Edition) and also Window 2000. After a while, Window XP came into the new era and I use Window XP for about 1 year. Now I am using Window Vista Professional. It is not really stable but I like the graphic. A little slower than Window XP due to the 1.5G ram. I think it should work well with 4G ram.
