You have the choice to take an airplane trip to a distant land - please now that land if you choice the trip, or You can go on a boat cruise over water to islands of your choice, again name them, or you can travel by land let's say an african safari? heck you can even use your on feet and join a sherpa and climb the himalayas which would you take as your dream trip and why/ I think I would love to try a boat cruise my friends tell me it is wonderful, I would sail around all the islands of the Caribbean, or maybe even the south seas, that would be exciting, with stopovers as well.

My pick of transportation would be a motor home and travel all over the US. There are so many places I would love to go to but it takes all day just to get out of Texas and it would be so much more comfortable to do it in a motor home. I don't like planes or boats.

I did my ideal trip, Eleven years ago, I went to New Orleans by train. It was the best trip. The trip I now want to do is take a train trip to Chicago.I like the feel and the speed of trains. you get to see more of the country than by car or plane.Besides it's fun.

I'd love to go to Egypt, or the Holy Land or Greece, needless to say, I'd want to fly there. After getting to, say, Greece, I wouldn't mind a cruise to Santorini. Then I would hope I could walk thru the ruins in Greece and at Santorini. Oh, I heard a story last week. Some of the people at mom's place got to go into the caves at Lascaux, France before they stopped allowing tourists in the caves - I'm so jealous! Think I might be a bit interested in ancient history?

My dream trip would be to Ireland and I would have to take it by plane. If I went by ship, it could take up to two weeks to get there. Plus, after watching a program about rouge waves, I'm just glad I got out of the Navy, . My husband went to the Caribbean thanks to the Navy and he talked a lot about how blue the water was. You could see to the bottom it was so clear. The farthest I got out was maybe 20 miles away from the East coast, but seeing flying fish and dolphins was so cool. Maybe some day when my kids have moved out and my husband hits retirement we will travel. I can only dream I guess, he isn't looking like the retirement type.

I would choose a remote island go their by boat and take enough food and stores and to be on my own. That would be my ideal holiday alone somewhere stranded without clocks, without mobiles.

airplane - photo of airplance high in the clouds
Hi my friend, I would have to pick flying an airplane to Great Britain. I love flying in an airplane and haven't done it in quite awhile. My grandparents were originally from England, so I would love to go there and try to locate some of my long lost family. Happy MyLotting! Char

Ah, i love the airplane!! And since i love canada too, i'd love the idea of flying there by plane!! The clouds are real nice, albeit not having much land scenery to enjoy (in which i really love them, too!!), and i pretty much enjoy the stops between airports if i'm flying to somewhere far...

not much scenery in canada, it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, the majestic canadian rockies, the big cities, the harbours, the shores, the boreal forrests, and so much more.

i think the most exciting way of travelling would be by sea first, then by rail I have never taken a cruise to any place, so I will rate it as number one. would love to go to the Cariabean . by rail i would love to travel through the lenght of Russia.it takes about a week to complete the journey, and the view is amazing

I wouldn't mind flying to Europe, and travelling around there however I can. I can't do much on foot, because I have some physical problems, and flying seems to be the fastest way to get across the ocean. Then when I get across the ocean, I might take a train around europe, and see the area that way.
