Does anyone have any clue how the earnings are actually calculated?

The site did not mention the earning calculation at all. For example, do they pay when you reply to the comments posted on discussions you have started, or is there a mininum number of posts you need to log each day before the start paying when you exceed that number, etc. And gosh, I actually tried posting quite a number of images, definitely more than 10, but I got only 7 miserable cents for that!!!
