How do you feel about 15 and 16 yr olds having babys???

I think that 15-16 years old is way to young to have a baby at. You are still a kid at 15-16 and do not know how to raise a child...

TO me, when 15 and 16 years old having a babies is like kids having a babies. They are still in school, most of them living with their parents. I dont think it a good ideas for the girls. Their body is still growing and things they want to do, they will not able to do. But as long as the girl understand the risk, losing of her life to the baby when they should have been in a school learning and having fun, it up to them. And as long as they dont give up the baby, not letting her parents or other family to take care of the baby, I dont see the problems.

Here the thing with children at that age having babies...they are still children no matter how you look at it and for health reasons they should really not do this as when they get older they will know.....

For breakfast? I'm all for it, the world is overpopulated as it is.

It's sad to me. Yes, babies are always blessings. But when I think about when I was that age, I was not mature enough to handle the responsiblity. Granted, you're forced to grow up but just because you make yourself doesn't mean you are. At that age you don't think about 10 or 20 years from now and with a baby you have to. You have to have life experience and knowledge to help make the decisions you need to make to help mold that child. Also, life is just harder for you. You have to finish school and make money to support the baby ( sometimes without the father). At 15/16 what kind of money are you really making...$7.50/hr even full-time can hardly support a single adult let alone someone with a baby. It's just too tough a road to travel...everything is against you and a lot of girls can't walk it.

The idea that 15 or 16 year old should have a baby is crazy. That is just wrong and people should at least wait till they are of legal age to make babys.

My neice just turned 18 and is getting ready to have a baby I was so upset. My sister in law her mother got preganant at the age of 15 and had her and my neice is so smart she can still go to college but she going to have to wait a while. My neice is so excited about the baby and im so glad she is but im not sure she knows exactly whats in store for her. I know her mom upset to but things do happen for a reason.
