Your friends hate your girlfriend! Coping

Gender specific. How about a boyfriend that my friends dislike? Yep, I used to date a guy who was hated by my friends, my closest friends. Dated for four years, didn´t work out in the end. Found out he used to cheat on me during the first year. Seemed like my friends already felt or know that he did. Well, they tried telling me and I still dated him. It was my choice and the consequences are on me anyway. They can´t prevent me to date a jerk. Did not regret it but I just thought that maybe you should also know why your friends hate him. It´s not always jealousy that eats them, there´s probably other reasons, too. Goodluck.

I think even though their my friends, I still have my own life, my own personal life, that they should not mind. Well one thing I am the one who wanted to go out for a date. I'll be the one who is gonna spend, and it's my own decision, and my own life. Well I do appreciate my friends concern, but deciding for me that is a different story. Have a nice day to you!
