Hey Kaliyha, did you try the South Beach diet?
I heard about it, too, and thought about trying it after Christmas, but it seemed kind of strict to me... Especially at the first phase. So is it really healthy?
And I have a question, is the 3rd and last phase really that important? That would mean you have to keep a certain diet for the rest of your life! That sounds... sad...
If you start eating normally after you're done with it, and meaning normally not overeating, would you gain the lost weight back?

Diets don't work! You really have to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into your life. This is why diets don't work for people and they end up gaining all the weight back. You need to have the foods you like also but in moderation. Lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat healthy and eat small snack type meals throughout the day. Walking is the new jogging. Visualize yourself where you want to be. You can do it. Diets just don't work.

I suggest a tea diet. Herbal tea is not only good for health but it also helps people lose weight. Chinese Green tea also works for some people. And I personally suggest lots of tea. Sugar free tea of course. Tea also fills up your stomach so you don't eat too much, so that ways you can get filled up just by eating a small amount of salad.
