how does dNeero work and pays

From one of the mylotter's profile i joined dNeero, but I really do not understand how the site works and how to make money from it. Anybody member of that site can give a brief reply. I will be thankful to all mylotters.

Well dneero is survey site and it pays you for completing surveys.In this you have to join conversations where you will find questions and you have to answer those questions.
After the survey gets completed,you will be provided with the html link and you have to post that link right on your blog.Then wait for 5 days and then you will get the payment in your dneero account.Truly i got paid 3 times and now looking to get more.

dneero is a kinda survey site. you need to take part in surveys/conversation.
then after succefully takin part in the survey you need to post that survey on your blog or website or any social networking site.
you will earn more if u have a goo blog with lots of traffic. but if u dont have u will earn the initial amount that the conversation give. to get that money 1 person should visit your blog or site atleast 1ce per day for atleast 5 days. if u think u cant get visitor. just go and visit your own blog. atleast 2-3 times per day.
after 5 days u will get the money that conversation was offering.
