Im the type of reader that seeks information in my reading mostly i want to read a novel to get information that i could relate to and then I would apply it to the realty like answer the questions "what if?" looking into the possibilities of things. Most of the novel i've read are fictions but somehow closer to reality. I also like to read some local newspaper, some article related to the current events.. So i ask you,are getting all you want from reading? do you read just to be entertain? Or read and digest, emulate, mimic it?...

I mostly read for entertainment. Lately I have been reading a lot of novels that are funny and have a lot of action. I like them because they are somewhat realistic and I don't have to think too hard, I can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the story.
Sometimes I feel like I should read for information, but those books can be really dry and hard to get through. Usually the only books that I read purely for information are my school textbooks. But I like to think that I am learning everytime I read whether it is purely informational or a fiction novel.
