What do u think about eunuchs in INDIA....????

hello friends....after new marriage ,i hav seen many eunuchs going to home of people for celebration....actually they r going there to get money....if anybody refuses to give them money ....they often gives them emotional abuses like "not getting son for new married couple" etc....
mostly people gives them money which is appr. 5000 or 3000 rs....
this all seems me foolish ....
what do u think about this????
Is this popular only in hindus or also in other religions????

i think we have to solve this problem after dowry . ha ha. it is completely foolishness. but if one does not do it then he/she is boycotted for long period of time. this tradition will be broken by the present generation as in my friend circle no body cares for it but then also i am not sure about this when they turn 40 or 50.
