Will you give the money in charity to the beggars?

You know some beggars are cheats and the percent of the cheats are growing more and more.I haven't the capacity to identify the cheating and the true need of help.I don't have the selflessness like Santa.I don't want my goodness to be exploited by someone.But I also want to help the ones who really need to help.So will you give the money in charity to the beggar?How will we help the ones that really need to help?

it is reay difficult helping those people because even some charities cLaiming that they are the they look after those people are stealing that money f0r their 0wn use.i hate giving those peope money because f those things

Yeah.Some cheating charities also exists.I think we should get more clear information about the point where the money spend on and the government should establish a monitoring body to monitor the charities' accounts.

Just give them some of money or goods that we want to give, without thinking that they're cheat or not. keep in our mind that we just want to help the beggars.

Maybe there is another good way to help.The more happening of the cheating,the more people who are really in need will not recieve the help.Right?

it depends. if i find they are really in need. I will give the begger money to help them to get through. If i find they just cheat me , I just living and say nothing. but in nowadays , I find the cheater are more than before. how can we deal with them?

generally one should give the charity to the person who does not have any means to earn a viable income & whose character is really nice.it is very easy to identify the character if you know the person atleast twice or thrice.in my opinion one should not charity to the institution rather one should give it to the individual who will continue the legacy of charity once they have achieved stability in financial terms. so many times charity is given just for the purpose of increasing one's name & fame.that's Ok but not ultimate good.rather if one want to give charity then start a financial institution as that of microeconomics which will help the large populus at once still money invested will be returned to the institution & the legacy will continue.
