Usefull softwares for window vista

Some free software I would suggest is: GIMP - a Photoshop like free program (nowhere near as good as adobe), but it has all the basic features, including layers, masks, transparency, etc. Open Office - every bit as good as Microsoft's Office suite, but better because I like to support free software. VLC player - the best video player out there, and very small. Avast Antivirus - no one should be without an anti-virus program, and no one should pay for one either. Ubuntu Linux - just in case you realize that you hate Windows.

Tell your requirements i will say must have softwates are MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, Best anti virus, and try to install VLC player because it plays all the formats
