Laughter and Asthma

I have a very peculiar problem, whenever I have a very hearty laugh I experience difficulty in breathing. Someone told me that this is a very mild Asthma attack induced by laughter.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Is there any natural food that will help cure this problem?
