who is more smart one who works hard or one who works smart?

you must have many people who really believes in working hard but among them there are few pwople who only believes in working smart so what do you thing regarding who is smarter one who works hard or one who works smart.

the question quite wierd i guess, because you said which one is more SMART.. so the one who works smart would be smarter .. hehe..
