I Just Saw The New 007!

Usually, I'm not into James Bond movies but this was the only thing playing when we got to the theater on Friday night. There wasn't a lot of womanizing in it (which was sexy in iteself), but there were still a lot of guy things in it that I couldn't understand. So what did you think about the new James Bond movie?

Sorry havent seen it. And will probably wait till i8t coes on tv or rent it. Cheaper that way

Lakota12, I agree with you on the cost part. I had no idea ticketts cost $8 each! My monthly Netflix membership is only $8.99! Happy MyLotting!

You are talking about Quantum of Solace? I didn't really like it to be honest. I don't think it had a deep enough story line. Action scenes were not bad though

UK Shree, I liked two of the story lines...one where the woman was going after her mother's killer was nice (I liked the closure in that one) and the one where "M" had unwavering trust and faith in her agent was a good one that paid-off in the end too. What I liked the most about this one was the humanity that was shown by this 007 charachter. I'm not a Bond fan and have always viewed the 007 charachter as a bit shallow. Happy MyLotting!

Quantum of Solace - The new James Bond 007 movie was good! Not so much of a focus on the womanizing but more on the story and insight of human behavior. Maybe I'm getting a little deep here, but I really connected with the lead female charachter. I also liked how "M" had full trust a faith in her agent.
positiveminded1977, The title of the new James Bond movie is Quantum of Solace. I didn't know about it either until we got to the movie theater because, like you, I don't get television channels. Happy MyLotting!

Yup, i have watched the latest james bond movie and i think it's not bad as compared to the previous few i have seen.. The actions here are better, though the gals are not as great.. lol =D Though it's supposed to be a sequel to casino royale, but i dun see any link between the two.. lol =D That's the part which is cinfusing to me.. hehe

The movie itself is good.but I think the Bond style is gone.This version of Bond somehow have the style of Bourne.Nevertheless,I like it.

Quantum of Solace - A Bond movie that is NOT in the style of Bond movies will appeal to non-Bond fans, but I wonder how the die-hard 007's will take it.
iamcucu, I think you're right...the movie wasn't in the Bond style, which is probably why I liked it. Happy MyLotting!

Hi PrincessKitten, I have stoped being a James Bond fan since Sean Connery gived it up and I don't find any of the James Bond movies now is good enough for me. Tamara

Hi Princess. I'm not much of a James Bond fan and I really never thought that Daniel Craig made a suitable James Bond (at least compared to the really handsome ones that preceded him). I saw the movie last week to appease DH and I loved it. Not just a fan of the movie. Loved Daniel Craig in it as well.

The Bond now so far far away from my imagination. I prefer the Bond before by Piere Brosnan, it's really a perfect double o seven agent. The current Bond it's to many body contact and to macho, it's doesn't look like some one smart which is should be. That's why I'm feel like to go to watch the movie. BR
