I don't think it's a matter of gender.
It is more a matter of skills.
Male or female really doesn't matter; it all boils down to the skill of the individual.

Well depends what gender u are. If u are male probably you will prefere a male boss but if u are female it will be better to have a male boss (and if you are beatiful probably you will be treated differently).
