Which therapy is best

These days people using so many therapy to make him/her self fit and active . I want to know which therapy is convenient and easy to make physically fit and Which therapy is best with no side effects .

Drink water and more water. Walk and walk farther. Do this, and you'll be looking good. Also, fresh pineapples are a great and tasty way to lose weight. Of course, you need to eat it often, but what's wrong with the new saying (yeah, I'm claiming it right here, right now :P ) "a pineapple a day, keeps the fat away" I don't really think 'therapy' is necessary; people know what they need to do, they just need to actually do it instead of looking for excuses or reasons that they are out of shape, or excuses/reasons they can't get fit...
