my craiglist account has been placed on hold...???

can anybody please tell me why my account has been placed on hold? Im sure, i did something because they wont be putting me on hold, if I didnt.. But I cant remember what ive done. I tried sending them emails asking "why", but they would reply with this computer generated FAQ's which dont answer my question. Have you tried placing on hold by craiglist?

Hey bro, even m facing the same problem. So after trying to contact them, i got a bloody automated reply which redirected me to a site. I got fed up and created another account. There was no other way which i could find to get my account back.
