There are many SCAM sites on the Internet.
One of the most common feature in those sites which have a domain name (.com, .net, .info etc.) is that they will not disclose the name of the owner (individual/company).
They use the option called Domain privacy protection which is offered by many domain registrars.
You can check the details of domain by WHOIS query. But he domains which use privacy protection will not display the name by whom the domain is registered.
So be careful when you do any transactions with the website which do not disclose the name of its owner especially the financial transactions and shopping.
What may be the intention of the domain owner to hide his name and other details?
