now the price of a house is so high that there many people still have her/his own house.do you have your own house?what does it looks like? if you still don't have a house? what kind of house do you want to buy?what about the price and the size?

I do have a house, but I would love to sell this one and purchase another one. Right now the furnance has gone out and it will cost over $4,000 to fix. I would love to sell and make enough money for a down payment to purchase another one.
