What's the movie ticket price in your country?

It depands. But ussully more less its around Rp.25000 (Indonesia), it equals to $2.5 I don't think its expensive, probably because I already get used to it. But the price of drinks and pop corn available in the theater is very expensive, double than the price of the ticket it self. And you can't bring food and drink from out side the theater. So, I guess they make advantage from the food and drinks. anyway, we ussulay able to bring in food and drinks, as long as they (the security etc) dont know about it.

I believe you forgot to mention here in Malaysia we have movie day which normally falls on tuesday or wednesday depending on the cinema company. On these days, we can get tickets for as low as RM6. Nice huh.......

hey i am from INDIA and here it is 200INR which is almost 4.5 US dollars...lol more expensive then what you have in your country...i do not watch movie in a theatre and usually like to watch it in my computer.. i wonder how much the same movie would cost in US..????????????? thanks happy mylottting

hmm depends on which theatres u go to.. our tickets can range from $5.00 to 13$ CAD...

Ordinarily,the movie ticket price in the city I live in range from 40yuan to 60yuan per person,which is around $7 to $8,I think it is expensive.But if is it during the week and in the moring,there will be discount about 50%,and if you're a student you can also enjoy the 50% discount.For me,I won't go to cinema unless there is an discount.

Here in our country it's around US$2.3 to US$12.5. The US$12.5 is for watching Imax which is a large format film. It's quite expensive here also. Most of the time we just download movies.

I have no clue what the price of going to the movies is here. I don't go. It has been 5 years since I went and I think it cost $7 something but I don't know for sure. My family and I have always had more fun renting movies and getting the treats and watching the movies at home in comfort. Then the money that would be used to go out to the movies can be used for some other fun activity.

hrm, ticket price here in Brunei os cheap, i suppose you know since your living in Malaysia, should be closer to Brunei , well, it depends which part you living in too! haha, yea, ticket here are form monday to wednesday is about 2.5usd about RM8 and thursday to firday is about RM 5 so about USD3 and staurday and sunday morning and afternoon is about RM 12 about USD 4 and saturday and sunday night is RM7 about USD 4.5 . Now, it also depends on the cinemas you going because the c inema located at the hotel area is kinda expensive about RM 16 so it really depends on which cinema your going :D
