Thank you for posting and reminding us all about the doctors. Some people are very close to their doctors. I had a doctor that delivered my children who deserves a Christmas card in the very least. I probably won't send a gift because with three kids I don't have that much money and she's a couple thousand miles away now, but a card with a picture will work nicely and I'm sure be appreciated. I think many people don't consider giving their doctors gifts because maybe they don't have regular doctors? Maybe it's because we mostly go to the doctor when something is wrong with us, so we don't associate them with good things like Christmas? I really don't know the answer. I wonder what a person would get for a doctor, considering they probably make enough to get what they want anyway. I think a nice heart felt, possibly homemade gift is the best in that case.

Thank you for your responce, actually its not how big the gift is but the spirit behind it matters. If you give him ordinary hand drawn father xmas (in fact if the love is behind it and appreciation) dont be suprised that when you go his/her office or house the follwing year you will see it there! So nothing is too big or small. All of us are guilty of this. Up doctors and nurses and all in the medical field.
