hello, regarding job opportunities, do you think the women can get the same job opportunities with men? In my opinion, i don't think so. You know, married women get little job on offer especially in the Asian countries.I know the job sre decided on the basis of a person's seniority, but in the same position, the men got more money than women. What about your opinion? and can u tell me how the women can get handsome salary?

I do believe in my country there is already an equal opportunity already. I can see many companies in here that have women as managers or even considered as very qualified and they are immediately promoted. In my company our leader is a woman and many of the officer in her are women and very few men are in here.

On my own opinion regarding that matter is depending on what degrre they both have. My niece is an accountant CPA she earned better than her husband. But her husband is a computer engnr with a good job too. In my case as today I have the higher offer of job outside the country but I was just a simple two years course graduate and my husband is a teacher. We both have the same experienced on job relation. Well to sum it up depends on the opportunity we have and the luck.

Women should most definitely be treated equally to men in job opportunities, at least in America. I'm so sad that women are only making about 83 cents a dollar as to what men are making in the workforce. It's not fair to us because a lot of women are just as capable, if not more, to do the same things that men do. It's the same with race, someone who isn't white in America should not be treated differently or offered lower pay because of where they come from. It's not fair.
