The End of Survivor Gabon- Happy or Disgusted?

I live on the west coast so I didn't know until I saw your post that Bob won both prizes. I'm a Bob fan so I couldn't be more thrilled that he won. I don't like the three to the end either but in retrospect if Susie had the choice, she certainly would have picked Sugar because she would have been sure to beat her. I prefer when someone who deserves it actually wins and I think that Bob hands down was more deserving than the other two. Corrine's comment hands down was completely uncalled for. I can't imagine hating someone so much that I would ever say anything like that. Still can't wait til next year!

When Bob was told he won the Viewer's Choice I think he was waiting for Jeff to say that because he was the winner the money would go to the second place winner. Which is exactly what should have happened. But I guess we only have ourselves to blame. So far everyone on here thinks Sugar should have won Viewers Choice. We are the voters and she didn't get it so I guess it's our fault. LOL! I didn't even hear them announce a VC vote online otherwise I would have been on there. Yes, Bob won a lot of challenges and I was stunned that so many of them were puzzles, which is Bob's thing. He is a physicist after all. The last challenge usually is an endurance challenge so I was peeved that it wasn't. I also didn't like having 3 people go to the final. I hate it that Suzie even got one vote. She did not deserve that. She came so close to being voted out so many times because she was useless. Sugar was the brains of the game. Funny how both Randy and Kenny thought they were running the show when in fact it was Sugar. THAT is why she should have won. She made wise decisions, and was WISE enough NOT to tell others so that it didn't spread. Bob told Kenny twice why he didn't give him the immunity idol after he said he would and Kenny acted like it wasn't true about running to camp and telling everybody they were going to blindside Bob. I don't even know why he asked that question when Bob already answered it. I found this one of the most interesting seasons of Survivor. A lot of smart moves. Look at Jeff asking Bob where he got the rope from... "We don't give you anything," he said. Well, Bob pointed out that they do unwittingly give them stuff. Bob pulled one over on Survivor. Guess that proves he should have won. I didn't expect Suzie to get any votes and I don't think she should have. I wanted it to be down to Sugar and Bob. But Sugar knew she couldn't win against any of them so I guess she isn't all that surprised that she didn't win. She sure as heck isn't a sore loser. She played a great game!

I am not happy at all and for starters that I did not get to see the two hour show, just the last maybe 30 minutes of it and the first 30 of the reunion show. I had my recorder set to record both shows and got ready to watch last night and found it didn't do it's job. I was glad that I did get to see who won and I did see the hateful words come from Corinne, she is horrible and her parents should be very ashamed of her. Didn't they have three finalists last season also? I didn't get to see why Bob got extra money but I don't think that was fair. Did they say where the next Survivor would be held at? I hope next season is better than this one.

It didn't bother me that much that Bob won, but I agree that Sugar should have gotten 2nd prize. She outplayed everyone else and outlasted nearly all of them. Suzie had no place on that stage in my opinion. She was practically useless in every way. The remarks made by Corinne were completely inappropriate, nasty, insensitive, and ignorant. She turned out to be the nastiest competitor I have ever seen on that show. Really surprised me. I never liked Ace or Randy but Corinne really takes the cake.

Corinne was nasty. I predict that life will knock her down a peg or two one of these days. It would be a nice gesture for Bob to give Sugar the $100 k, after all he wouldn't even be in the final if it weren't for Sugar. And I don't get why Susie got so many votes and Sugar got none. From the outside looking in, I think it was between Sugar (for strategy) and Bob (for survival and winning challenges). Susie was the coattail rider in my book, not Bob.

i feel exactly like you. i dont fight with anyone but im afraid id had to lay it on that stupid, disgusting biatch Corrine i just wonder if she has a father and how he felt hearing that and yes i was so hopeing sugar would get something. after all if not for her Bob wouldnt have had a chance or mattie

I love Survivor. Even so I too am happy AND disgusted. I don't have an issue with three at the end but I was really beside myself that Susie won immunity. I wanted Bob, Sugar, Matty, or Bob, Sugar, Kenny, Susie had NO place in that final three. I was really pulling for Matty to win immunity since it became obvious fairly early that Bob was having too much trouble. I didn't think Sugar would NEED it because I just couldn't see any of them voting Sugar out. I don't think Bob should have won both prizes either. I am glad he won the million, I think he has been my favorite Survivor winner so far. I do believe that the viewer's choice should have gone to Sugar, and with Bob winning, I would have loved to see Sugar get viewer's choice. Randy and Corinne - ok, Randy redeemed himself somewhat at the finale. I really think Randy is just socially awkward, he's not a people person at all. He doesn't want attention and he doesn't need it, and he doesn't know what to do with himself when he has it. Like he said, he's better off with a dog for a best friend because the dog doesn't cheat, doesn't lie, doesn't 'not ever shut up', doesn't annoy him, isn't up in his face, and he can say anything he wants to the dog without anything bad happening and the dog still loves him. I was also laughing uproariously when he made his comment about people are either born liking me or not. I suppose he is an acquired taste and he has to like YOU in order for him to be tolerable. I think I could put up with him now actually. Corinne... well she made herself even worse at the finale. At the end of the tribal I know for certain that she is possibly the most useless excuse for a person ever.

Hahahaa - you're WAY ahead of us! In Australia, we're still getting Fans v Favourites. We're down to the final three or four. Luckily my memory's shot to bits, so I'll have forgotten about Bob, Corrine, Punk and Cortjo by the time they let us have it!

I was very disappointed that Susie snunk into the final 3. I would have preferred it to have been Matty. I was really shocked that Sugar got Zero votes. I was hoping she would at least win the $100,000. Maybe Bob will cut her a chunk of cash off for her. It is good to know that Sugar has become a bit of a celebrity because of all of this. Perhaps she will receive modeling jobs or acting gigs from it. I would hope that they do another Survivor's Favorite and include Matty, Sugar and Bob!

Sugar was robbed for sure. She completely ruled the entire game. Even in the end she decided who would get the money Matty or Bob. I'm actually a little disappointed she passed Matty over for Bob - there was no way Matty could beat Bob in a fire-making challenge. I think she thought she was being fair "best-man wins", but I don't think she thought it through. I simply think both Sugar and Matty were better people than Bob. They were sweet and innocent and sincerely NICE. I couldn't believe how SMUG Bob was during question and answer period. I also think it's sad Sugar's honestly sunk her when it came to Randy's vote and Matty's vote. I'm not disgusted with the outcome, but I am disappointed. I also think the Sprint reward should not be allowed to go to the winner. I think if the audience picks the overall winner as the top-pick, the prize should go to the runner-up of the Sprint challenge. I mean geez, he has a job, a house and already won a million. She lives in her CAR!
