, stock market is a place where you can but and sell share of companies listed in stock exchange. Technically there is primary and secondary market. pirmary market is when company issue IPO or list their stock for the first time in stock exchange and secondary market is buying and selling after its been listed in stock market.

1. when was the first stock market setup, and its evolution and
2. then explain when was the first stockmarket setup in india and
3. what are the major stock market in india. i.e BSE and NSE
4. you can exlain about primary and secondary market
5. how are they regulated.. (they are regulated by SEBI and present head is C.V. Bhave).
6 Also you can write about NSDL What is d-mat a/c.
