Do u feel that your company does a lot to keep its employees satisfied?

I really don't think that my company keeps its employees satisfied. All they need it work and once the work is done it is ready to layoff the employees

I own a company and buy the employees lunch as well as pay for drinks throughout the day. If they need a day off they get it. As long as someone works hard I give them what ever they want. If they want more money then they have to educate themselves.

Thank you. But I must add that we work hard. Also I out work my employees. I WISH I could hire someone that could out work me. This year I'm going to contact the football coach of the Universities if have any players that are staying when the semester is over that need jobs when school lets out.

friend when ever it comes to employee satifaction I always felt ignorance in my company , I really alway ignored by our sinior , and I am working this company since last 3 years but I didn't ever get any appriciation, its really bad experience for me , ...

yeah I am trying to find new jobs but due to bery busy schedule its not possible to attend interviews ..

Hi there sumitmeghani!
I am sorry about the situation in your company. I think that there are a lot of employees who are experiencing the same. For some, they find that acceptable rather than not to be employed at all. Honestly, our company don't give that much to satisfy all of us. Teaching is a low-paying job especially here in our country. But most teachers find fulfillment and happiness in other ways.

hei!! i dnt think that a business can run at its peak till the relation between management and labour is effective.Also most of the time its the perception of people whether of management side (like management may think that employees are nt putting there 100% in there job.,.irrespective employees are full devoted.,) or employee side like u said company is nt taking care of employees it might be ur -ve perception u should find out the facts quantitatively and nt qualitatively.
like.,.there should be some mathematical proof for that like they decreased funds ment for employees welfare nd all such facts,.,.,.,thn only u should say company is irresponsible for employees side.

All companies are formed based on revenue generation. If they could not make money by investing in you, they will let you go (more like chase you out) from the organization. Its a very simple maths tricks. So, love your job, don't love your company.
