Hi I am in the process of meeting a CEO from Eurpe nest week and I want to impress him that he needs to take copmany from 7 million to at least 8 million in about 1.5 years. I am looking to work for them they have been in Canada for over 30 years and the eesting President is going to retire within one year but he has to train the new person comming which I hope is me. I have already sent to the CEO a marketing plan and I am just about completed a budget where the buiness can go (ie with a list of new customers that could carry the product) So what I need to sum up a plan that is right to the point Can you help me

It seems like you are trying sell a marketing plan to this CEO you mentioned to impress him and get certain position in the company. In that case, your marketing plan proposal has to be very good. You have to do proper market research such as what the customer needs and the potential purchases. Of course you have to know your target market and come out with a strategic integrated marketing plan which can get the highest number of people to purchase the product and services of the company. We cannot do that for you though unfortunately.
