cookies and temporary internet files

hi all!
can you please help me anyone? i need to delete some cookies and temporary internet files because my computer processing is slowing down. please help me as i don't know where to go.

the simplest way to to do it is to use a program called CCleaner
u can get it from CCleaner.com
and after installin it u would find it pretty easy to do wht u want
