Computer study or Theoritical Study which is needed?

According to me everyone should change their attitudes as per the changes in the technical field. In this century the growth in studies through claims up like a tsunami so that we should get well acquainted to the computer studies

You need the theories before you could apply them. In every study there is a theory. Even in computer studies, you need theories and after knowing them, you can apply them in practice.
